This double layer pastel rainbow skirt is made with 35 yards of lucious chiffon, with a light pink nylon yoke and loads of fluff in light pink, light blue, yellow, and light green on the bottom tier. Each pettiskirt also features an adjustable, covered waistband allowing you to make the skirt smaller.

Big Girl (3-7 years) 13" Length and Waist 20-28" - While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 18" and fully stretched measures 28" - waistbands are adjustable and can be self tightened for a smaller waist.
