Single Layer Infant Pettiskirt Available in 2 Colors

Available in cream or light grey, single layer pettiskirts are meant to be half as fluffy as the original 9" Pettiskirt. They are lighter, less fluffy and provide a more conservative fit for infants, or girls who don't want as much fluff for a daily wear option. It's still fluffy, but not as full. 

Single layer Pettiskirts are available in the following sizes:

INFANT (newborn to 12 months) Length 9" and Waist 16-22" - While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 14" and fully stretched measures 22".

TODDLER (1 year to 5 years) Length 9" and Waist 18-24". While unstretched, the elastic wasitband measures 16" and fluffy stretched measures 24".
