Sesame Street Rainbow Pettiskirt 9" Length

Sesame Street chic! This primary rainbow skirt is super versatile as it will fit your little one from infancy to 5 years old! It's also the perfect length for photography as it will cover a wide range of clients.

Length 9" and Waist 18-24" - While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 16" and fully stretched measures 24".

This double-layered skirt has a red nylon yoke and is made with 35 yards of luscious chiffon with loads of fluff in blue, yellow, green, orange and purple on the bottom tiers. Each Pettiskirt also features an adjustable, covered waistband allowing you to make the skirt smaller.
